Dear Comrades,
DAE vide their OM No.
7/3/2017/IR&W/5010 dated 11th April 2017 constituted a committee
to review the Contributory Health Services Scheme (CHSS) Rules. The Committee has
been asked to submit its report by middle of October 2017. Copy of the OM is
attached here with for the ready reference for all affiliates.
NFAEE sought an appointment with the
committee to present the views of the Federation and its affiliates.
It is therefore requested to all affiliates
to discuss the issue of CHSS Rules in details with the stake holders keeping
view the terms of reference of CHSS Review Committee in mind and prepare a note
and submit to the Federation before 31st May 2017.
In the next Working Committee meeting
the compilation of suggestions and comments received from the affiliates on
CHSS shall be present and a consolidated note shall be prepared and submit to the
Department for consideration.
All the affiliates are requested to take
note of the issue seriously and act promptly.
