Dear Comrades,
The
MACP case came for hearing in the Supreme Court on 13.05.2016. After
hearing the Solicitor General the court directed to issue notice to all
respondents and other parties who took caveat.
It
is understood that the next date of hearing shall be on 1st July
2016, after the vacation.
Our
Advocates Adv. G. Prakash and his team was present in the court during the
hearing.
Copy
of the procedure circulated by the Court Master of the Supreme Court is
attached herewith.
