Sub: Decisions taken in the All India Conventions

Dear Comrades,

          The Conventions held at Mumbai on 15^th & 16^th February 2016 took the following decisions:

1.   ALL INDIA CONVENTION OF DAE WOMEN EMPLOYEES:

Held on 15.02.2016 at the Multipurpose Hall BARC Training School Hostel, Anushakthinagar, Mumbai

a.    The convention passed resolutions on following subject:

                                         i.    On cadre Review

                                        ii.    On CPF to GPF

                                       iii.    On Child care Leave

b.    The Convention also decided the following:

                                         i.    To form Women subcommittee in all DAE Units where women employees are serving under the banner of the unions/ associations.

                                        ii.    To celebrate the International Women Day on 8^th March 2016 by organizing programme on Campaign Theme of the Women Day for the year 2016 – Pledge for Parity. Celebrate the Women Employees Day be projecting the social, economic, cultural and political achievement of women.

2.   ALL INDIA CONVENTION OF DAE EMPLOYEES:

Held on 16.02.2016 at the Multipurpose Hall BARC Training School Hostel, Anushakthinagar, Mumbai

a.    To endorse the call given by the NJCA and CCGEW on  Pay Commission related issues

                                         i.    To appeal the Government to consider the views & suggestions submitted by NJCA/NFAEE on recommendations of 7^th CPC

                                        ii.    To appeal the entire DAE employees to join the main stream of the Central Government employees by participating in the Industrial Action as per the call given by NJCA/CCGEW.

b.    To pass resolution on Departmental issues such as Victimization, Cadre Review, Revision of Allowances such as OTA and NRPSA, Revision of Norms, etc.

                                         i.    Against the vindictive measures continuing by the Department against the activities of the unions and associations.

                                        ii.    Undue delay and denial attitude of the Department on various issues

3.   The All India Convention further decided the following organizational programms:

a.    Submission of letter to the letter by all affiliates to the Secretary DAE through proper Channel on 25^th February 2016 on victimization, Delay in implementation of Cadre Review, Revision of Allowances such as OTA, NRPSA, Revision in Norms, etc.

b.    To serve the Strike Notice on 11^th March 2016 to all Head of Units

c.    To observe Solidarity Day in all DAE units on 29^th March 2016.

d.   To participate in the Meetings organized by Confederation of Central Government Employees & Workers (CCGEW) in various states.

e.    To organize explanatory meetings, lunch hour meetings, Divisional/Sectional meetings etc., to educate the members about the retrograded recommendations of the Pay Commission and make them ready for any sort of industrial action as decided by the NJCA/CGEW.

All the affiliates are requested to carry out the programmes planned in the both conventions and send feed back to the head quarters.
