Sub: ALL INDIA CONVENTIONS – 15, 16th FEBRUARY 2016 AT MUMBAI

Dear Comrades,

Vide NFAEE letter no. nfaee/sg/16/08 dated 9th January 2016 the decision to hold All India Women Employees Convention and the All India DAE Employees Convention has been communicated to all affiliates.  

·         WORKING WOMEN CONVENTION: 15.02.2016 at MUMBAI:

As informed through our earlier letter No. nfaee/sg/16/008, the All India Convention of working women of DAE shall be held on 15th February 2016. The Convention shall be held at the Multipurpose Hall, BARC Training School Hostel, Anushakthinagar, Mumbai 400 094.

All affiliates are requested to ensure the participation of women employees from their units. All are requested to send the detailed information about the participation of women employees immediately. The Name, Designation, Employment Number should send immediately so that the list can submit to the Department for sanctioning special leave. Before 25th January 2016, the list should be reached at the Head Quarters. All affiliates are further requested to the send the request to the AOIII, BARC Training School Hostel, Anushakthinagar for accommodation by FAX or Email. A copy of the same may send to the undersigned for follow up.  Number of delegates for women employees has not been restricted. The meeting of Mumbai based Associations decided not to collect delegation fee for Women Employees’ Convention.

All affiliates are requested to consider this convention seriously and maximum number women employee’s participation should be ensured.

·         ALL INDIA CONVENTION OF DAE EMPLOYEES:    16.02.2016 at MUMBAI:

As informed the  All India Convention of DAE Employees shall be held on 16th February 2016 at the Multipurpose Hall, BARC Training School Hostel, Anushakthinagar, Mumbai 400 094. The convention shall start at 9.30am. Detailed programme shall be communicated in due course. 

All the affiliates are requested take decision immediately for the participation and communicate the number of delegates going to participate in the convention. Eligibility of number of delegates based on the paid membership was communicated to all affiliates by earlier mail. If any correction is there are requested to communicate immediately. NFAEE Secretariat Members shall be ex officio delegates. All affiliates are requested to communicate the number of delegates actually going to participate in the convention. Before 25th January 2016, the list of delegates participating in the Convention should be informed.  All the delegates should book the ticket such a way, to reach Mumbai on 15th February 2016 itself so that the convention can start in time.

The meeting of the Mumbai based affiliates was held on 13th January 2016 and discussed about the expenditure part and proposed to collect a delegation fee of Rs.150/-delegate. All those women delegates participating in the women convention shall attend the DAE employees Convention also.
