DEMONSTRATION AGAINST CPC REPORT:

AEEA, RMP Mysore intimated that they will conduct demonstration on 21st January 2016.

The Meeting at HWP Manuguru was attended by Com. Gopal Rao, Asst. Secretary General AIDEF and Com. A. Sathashivam, President NFAEE.
Meeting at DPS (Stores) was addressed by Com. Jayaraj KV, Secretary General NFAEE, K.G. Bilaskar Treasurer NFAEE, VK Patil Working President NFAEE and A. Sreedharan Working President.

In the meeting at CC Auditorium in BARC the suggestions and views on Pay Commission Report was presented through PowerPoint Presentation by Com. Jayaraj KV Secretary General NFAEE & Com. Baburaj Jt. Secretary AEW&S Union.

CATSA, RRCAT Indore and BARCFEA, BARCF Kalpakkam intimated that they are planning to organize General meetings to educate their members.

CALL FROM NJCA: DHARNA ON 19th to 21st JANUARY 2016.

·         As per the call given by the National Joint Council of Action (NJCA), the Secretariat appealed to all affiliates to organize DHARNA programme on 19th January 2016 to 21st January in front of all DAE units and to join in the joint programme by NJCA/Confederation of CG Employees & Workers (CCGEW).
·         All Affiliates are requested to contact the leaders of CCGEW/NJCA to find out the programme planned in the respective locality, either at District/State Capital. Join in maximum employees in those campaign programmes.
·         Plan one day – evening dharna in front of the office premises or in the residential area by   all affiliates.
·         Wherever more than one affiliate exists make all effort to conduct the programme under the banner of Joint Action Committee of NFAEE Affiliates.
·         Invite the leaders of NFAEE/ CCGEW to address the gathering  to explain the demands and the demerits of the recommendations of the  7th CPC.
STRIKE BALLOT: NFAEE CALL ON 4th FEBRUARY 2016:

·         As decided in the last Working Committee, Secretariat given appeal to all affiliates to carry out Strike Ballot on 4th February 2016.
·         All affiliates are requested to convene the meetings of the Executive/Managing Committee to take decision   to conduct the STRIKE BALLOT on 4th February 2016.
·         Proper arrangement should be planned in all DAE Units for conducting STRIKE BALLOT. Sufficient Booths for exercising the voting should be arranged and propose secrecy should be maintained. Sufficient observers or Polling officers should be appointed preferably non members of the unions and associations to ensure secreacy as well as transpearancy in the STRIKE BALLOT.
·         Maximum campaign among the employees should be carried out by all affiliates immediately.
·         As a part of campaign programme, POSTER shall be printed and dispatch from NFAEE Head Quarters by next week middle.
·         Similarly matter in English for printing appeal as well as model Ballot Paper shall be prepared and send to all affiliates. Appeal may be printed in vernacular language and circulated among the members.

ALL INDIA CONVENTIONS:

·         WORKING WOMEN CONVENTION: 15.02.2016 at MUMBAI:

As informed through our earlier letter No. nfaee/sg/16/005, the All India Convention of working women of DAE shall be held on 15th February 2016. The Convention shall be held at the Multipurpose Hall, BARC Training School Hostel, Anushakthinagar, Mumbai 400 094.

o   All affiliates are requested to ensure the participation of women employees from their units.
o   Detailed information about the participation of women employees should be communicated well in advance to the undersigned.
o   For accommodation immediately should send request through FAX or email to AO III BARC Training School Hostel.
o   A copy of the FAX or EMAIL may be forwarded to the undersigned, so that can follow up with Training School Administration.
o   Number of delegates has not been restricted.
o   The delegation fee if any decided shall be intimated in due course.

All affiliates are requested to consider this convention seriously and maximum number women employee’s participation should be ensured.

·         ALL INDIA CONVENTION OF DAE EMPLOYEES:    16.02.2016 at MUMBAI:

An All India Convention of DAE Employees scheduled to be held on 16th February 2016 at the Multipurpose Hall, BARC Training School Hostel, Anushakthinagar, Mumbai 400 094. The convention shall start at 9.30am. Detailed programme shall be communicated in due course. 

o   All the affiliates are requested take decision immediately for the participation and communicate the number of delegates going to participate in the convention.
o   Eligible Number of delegates is attached with the membership subscription chart. NFAEE Secretariat Members shall be ex officio delegates
o   Immediately book the onward and return ticket and communicate the schedule of the travelling and the details of stay at Mumbai.
o   All the delegates should book the ticket such a way, to reach Mumbai on 15th February 2016 itself so that the convention can start in time.
o   The delegation fee shall communicate after the budget for the convention estimated in the meeting of the Joint Action Committee of Mumbai to be held in the next week.
o   All those women delegates participating in the women convention shall attend the DAE employees Convention also.

CAMPAIGN MATERIAL: 

To ensure to reach the demerits and retrograded recommendations of the 7th CPC and the views & suggestion submitted by NFAEE to the members, Secretariat proposed to print and circulate the note submitted to the Cabinet Secretary. The copies of the booklet shall be available by third week of January 2016. The quota for the affiliates to distribute the booklet also proposed in the chart given below along with the number of delegates. The cost of the booklet likely to be 15 - 20 Rupees per copy.

ORGANISATIONAL MATTERS:

·         SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT:        As per the data available with the Treasurer NFAEE, Majority of the affiliates are yet make the payment of subscription for the year 2014 & 2015. There are few affiliates has to pay the subscription n for the year 2012 onwards.

o   All those who are dues for subscription payment are requested to clear their dues before the Convention. There are few associations has been made part payment for the previous years they made payment. Those dues also should be cleared while making the payment.  

·         UPDATING THE OFFICE BEARERS LIST:      Department has been asked to submit the list of duly elected Office Bearers and Executive Committee/Managing Committee members of the Federation.

o   As per the constitution of the NFAEE Office Bearers are being elected from the All India Conferences and the Working Committee members are the Presidents and General Secretaries of the affiliated unions and associations. In case of the President or General Secretary of any affiliates organization being elected as Office Bearer of the Federation, the Committee of that union/association can nominate their member in place of the Working Committee Member to represent those affiliates during that tenure.
o   The 5th All India Conference held at HWP, Kota in the year 2014 elected the following as the office bearers of NFAEE for the tenure of 2014 – 2017.
o   List of Working Committee Members of NFAEE as on 01.01.2016 is given below. In the consecutive election in the affiliated organization if any changes took place in the office bearers of the Union or associations, the Working Committee members from that association or union also shall be changed.

During the NFAEE conference following office bearers of the affiliates has been elected as the Office bearers of NFAEE. Hence the name of the Working Committee Members representing those Associations should be nominated accordingly in place of those office bearers.

All Affiliates are requested to update the information’s by adding the blank columns in the above chart and send back immediately. All Affiliates are also requested to send the exact number of the membership of each association/union based on the membership recovery done by the unit in December 2015 of those associations deducting subscription every month and the associations deducting subscription yearly based on the deduction done for the year 2015.

Once again remind all the affiliates the following:

·         The name and other details of the delegates should be intimated before 25th January 2016.
·         A FAX message should send by affiliates to BARC Training School Hostel for their accommodation well in advance for women convention as well as DAE Employees convention.
·         A copy of the Fax shall be marked to NFAEE Head Quarters so that follow up action can be carried out for accommodation.
·         Subscription dues should be cleared at the earliest
·         Confirm the requirement of the booklets.
All affiliates are requested to carry out the programme mentioned above seriously and sincerely. It should be noted that the way earlier responded by the affiliates on industrial action, then the losers will be the entire DAE employees.
